To win in the haircare category, now worth an estimated $90 billion, P&G needed an omnichannel strategy. We helped them to convert from online to offline and halt their decline in market share.
Through a collaborative process, we set the vision for health and beauty in 2020 across drugstore, grocery and discount retailers, enabling shoppers to make the perfect P&G product choice every time.

Selling haircare like beauty
From digital haircare deselection tools to a fun test and trial bar, we designed a fresh new way for P&G to sell haircare in 2020. Seasonally relevant content was designed to educate and inspire a wide-ranging customer base. We presented our ideas to a large audience at the P&G ‘Billionhair’ conference in Barcelona.
